For now, no solution. I have to check if it has fixed itself, since
I'm using a new version of Chrome. Wait a moment... no, it has not
fixed itself. Still wrong encoding when pasting. Only happens with
Chrome and only happens with console Vim. Probably the sucky X Window
cut-and-paste mechanism.
