Generally, vim users do not have to press multiple keys simultaneously. i.e. no Ctrl+Alt+blabla . press and release one key, then press and release another, this is easy for me. press one key, hold the key, press another, release both key, this is annoying for me. By using vim I can completely forget the Ctrl and Alt keys.
