What's wrong with :behave mswin?

The help shows that it just sets a few options automatically. Although one 
could certainly set those options manually, nothing is wrong with using :behave 
to do it.

I agree that sourcing mswin.vim can cause problems, so in general I'd second 
your recommendation to not use it. However, plugins should be able to work 
around any weird mappings as needed.
