as a matter of fact there is when this happens as it has happen to me before you can take the following steps to here sound flower and switch voiceover back to the default output 1. go to the sound section of the system preffs either from the apple menu bar or by pressing function control and a volume keystroke 2. select the imput tab 3. in the table of devices select the soundflower 2ch or 16ch (this is what audio highjack is using) 4.
