I do not use Windows, but there is one thing that immediately comes to mind to consider. Mac OS System 7, 8, and 9 use a file system that is different from Windows machines. HFS (the Mac file system) may not be able to be read by Windows. This may make cloning a drive with a Windows machine a little difficult.
