You will need a 50-pin SCSI drive.

The drive carrier mounts the drive upside down, and it is intended  
for a 1" high drive (sometimes called a "half-height" drive, although  
that term is incorrect as full-height is 1-5/8", making "half-height"  
only 13/16").

You should look for a 4 GB or less drive.

Preferably one which has an Apple logo on it.

If not, then it may be possible to modify Drive Setup using resource  
editing tools (ResEdit).
