I've been doing the 'de-yellowing' in liquid and it's turned out pretty good.
If I were you and no one came to pick it up I would sell it slowly on Ebay. I'm not an Ebay guru, but I do enjoy watching my stuff go. I usually start my bidding at a dollar to make sure someone picks it up.
