Charles, in netiquette CAPS and bunch of !!! is considered yelling so I can relate to Mac Book's reaction, this situation is unfortunate.
I can think of a bunch of different (and less aggressive) ways that your comment could have been made. Let's all try to be considerate of each other here in both ways. Perhaps posting the images was not considering of the modem users on this list but neither is yelling considerate of someone that obviously has a lot of resources and help to offer this list. I hope we can all work together here to the benefit and compassion of all. Thank you Mac Book for all your help and I hope this doesn't put you off from your helpful contribution. Cheers, Andrew.
