if your floppy's are spinning and the mechanic of your drive works,  
all you have to do is clean the heads of the drive.
maybe know someone nearby with cleaning floppy's (and cleaning liquid)
they used to sell them as a floppy-cleaning-set, but i don't think you  
can find those anymore.
