macbootdisk.com is some guy's lame attempt to make a buck. He is selling 
mac boot disks. Probably in violation of many copyright laws but, Apple 
has bigger fish to fry.

I actually have no beef other then the lame attempt to post an ad in 
response to someone on the list offering to help for free.
