Well, there are a couple possibilities... Either the drive is just  
incompatible, size-wise, or there's some mounting hardware that needs  
to be put on/taken off. But if it works with computer, I would guess  
it should fit in the computer. All floppy drives that I've encountered  
are pretty much standard size. (Except the 800K floppy drives as  
opposed to the 1.44Mb drives, they were slightly different in shape)  
Anyways, my guess is that there's still some holding bracket or screws  
that need to come off of the new floppy, and brackets and or screws  
that need to be put on from the old floppy drive. Since Apple had a  
propriatary floppy connector, the drives made for them were standard  
size... Anyone else have any ideas? (Or more info on different Apple  
Floppy drives?)
