Jeff,

If you are talking about the "plain" HD20, I am fairly certain that it is
NOT SCSI.  Apple HD20SC was the first SCSI external drive.  Here's a link to
a guy that has an extensive array of old Macs and old Mac parts.  He also
knows a lot about Mac hardware. Here's his page that describes both the HD20
and the HD 20 SC:

Hope this helps. Herb has been really helpful for me. He doesn't always
respond rapidly, but if meed anything for an older Mac, he's the guy to go
