Nope. The HD20 required the HFS file system, which is the reason it could not be used on a 128K. The HD20 came with System 2.1/Finder 5.0 in September 1985, which was the first HFS aware system, and the HD20 INIT was placed in the system folder to load HFS into the 512Ks RAM at startup.
