My Classic is quite the work horse for me. I rescued it from a dumpster about a year and a half ago, and there's been something that's been nagging me for the past few weeks. In the top left corner, where the screen's edges are rounded off, there's a blinking pixel. I am assuming it's the HDD activity light, probably an addon from something, but the part that makes me question that is that it blinks also when booting off the flash memory and off a boot diskette. Any light into this symptom? (PS: I only bring it up, because a white pixel is a major part of the plot of a 1993 Mac-based book I bought at a garage sale a week ago, and reminded me of what my Classic does. I would reccommend the book to anyone, it's called "Hard Drive" and it's by David Pogue, editor of MacWorld from 1993ish I guess)
