All it takes to generate a blue screen is incorrect white balance or in the 
case of film, the wrong film.

If the camera is set for indoor incandescent lighting then a white computer 
screen will appear blue.

And that's what I'm seeing in that picture.

The two "Welcome to Macintosh" is due to the vertical retrace problem the OP 
was asking about.  Normal screen retrace can cause parts of the screen to be 
dark in a photo but it can't cause something to appear in two places.  

The short diagonal white(ish) line in the lower right corner is also a sign of 
the retrace problem.
