I think you can still find new ribbons, but I haven't looked in the last five years. They used to still be available at Office Mumble. I would avoid any "Apple" brand ribbons, as they are guaranteed to be very old. There was also a re-inking device. You might look into that. I never had one, but I think the idea was that you pour in ink, and then the device spools the ribbon through the ink.
