Oh, please, gather a little more reliable information before concluding.  

Have you ever seen a IIfx with shorted capacitors?  Most of the IIfxs were 
built with tantalums instead of electrolytics.  The only IIfxs which have 
died of capacitor death are the few with electrolytics installed.   Tens of 
thousands of logic boards have died from corrosive goo leaked out of 
electrolytic capacitors.  This is why tantalums are preferred.
