Ha ha ha ha...I love XKCD. And I fully get the dilemma. I created a blog no one visits to vent my frustration. Then I realized that playing Whack-A-Mole with eager participants of internet opinion sites was cutting into my computer repair time and I sold my mallet and stopped.

You're absolutely right. I already apologized for my tone in private email, before seeing this message, but I also apologize here. I should have deleted the sarcastic "Oh, please" before posting. That was just my initial emotional reaction, which should not have made it out onto the internet.
