I replaced all the 1uf 16v caps with ceramic variants.
I replaced all the 10uf 16v caps with ceramic variants.
All the other caps had shiny pads and no signs of leakage.
Well, I did some ressearch, since for me these caps are completely
strange beasts, and I came with the following links:

The bottom line:
I don't trust them for this kind of service. See in the first link that
you have a great de-rating the smaller the difference between the applied
voltage and the maximum voltage of the capacitor is. Although they are very
pratical, I would never use them, period.
I'm inclined to doing more ressearch with solid tantalums and better
electrolytics.
