Exactly, Angelo and Bruce.
Charles indicated his problem, noted his attempts to resolve it and then asked 
for help.
I replied, noted my own error in not reading Charles original post and offered 
additional help.
Clark edits the original post and the context is lost then makes a fundamental 
error (Macs DO have a manual eject button). Richard wades in and starts a bit 
of a rant.
Neither of them refer to my posts or Charles original post.
Didn't we all start off a bit unsure of what to do and ask questions? I know I 
did.
It's like student drivers, if we don't remember what it was like for us 
learning to drive, how can we show a bit of patience when someone else is doing 
what we did all those years ago?
