Well, I went back today and grabbed the yellowed (Made in USA) Plus and the
glowing green IIc monitor they had. He pulled out a complete Plus kit with
bag, keyboard, mouse and external 3.5 but he wanted $175 for it. Probably a
good deal but I just can't afford it right now. I shouldn't even have
bought what I did but I've been thinking of getting an old mac for awhile
and I just couldn't resist that IIc monitor. All in all I still got a very
good deal for what I got and paid for it all. However, now I need to get a
keyboard for it that won't cost me more than what I paid for the plus (I
already have a mouse) and I'm still left with the problem of how to get
software on it. I just get a blinking question mark disk icon when I turn
it on, of course. I don't even know if it takes 400k or 800k disks. I'm
assuming 400K because it was made in USA and therefore an earlier
production run.
