Only the Mac 128K and 512K (and Mac XL if you want to count that) had 400K floppies stock. The 512KE, Plus, early SEs and some others had 800K drives. Now, as to how to get something on it... You'll need a Mac with a 1.44M floppy (not via USB) to be able to R/W 800K floppies.
