7.0 had folders for Extensions and Control Panels.  7.1 introduced a 
Font folder.

7.0 and 7.5.3 are downloadable from Apple.  The only other OS 
versions that are downloadable are earlier than 7.0.  7.1 and 
derivatives aren't downloadable evidently due to a legal agreement of 
some sort.  There is a rumor afloat that 7.6.x is due to be made 
available soon.
