Pulled the PRAM, no effect. The hum is from what looks like a Coil  at the
front most part of the power supply. The relay kicks when the power button
is pressed, but then it clicks off again.

BTW, discharging the caps into you finger has no effect to the power state
of the mac, however, it's hard to type with a num index finger...:)
