Take the machine apart. Remove the lid. Remove the power supply. Ask me how,
if you don't know.

Check that there's nothing sitting on the motherboard shorting it out.
Remove the power plug from the hard drive. Remove the RAM.
Put in a boot floppy, after replacing the cage holding the floppy drive.
replace the power supply.

Boot, if doable, from a floppy.

Get back to me.
