Hi,
I'm new to this list and new to the world of Mac hardware. I was recently
given an LC II and I've been having fun with this thing so far. I'm not
really sure what I want to use it for yet, but the SCSI bus gives it some
definite possibilites (networked tape drive, CD-RW, etc). The first thing
I'd like to do is upgrade the hard drive. I have a 400MB SCSI that came
from another mac and as I understand it the LC II is capable of much
larger drives. I'm having trouble getting the mac to see my new drive. I
think it may be a problem with either the SCSI ID or the termination, but
I can't find any docs online about the settings nor can I find the docs of
the existing drive. Does anyone here know the ID or termination
settings I should use? It's currently the only drive in the syste.
