Okay, while we're all out happily hunting accelerator cards.....

I take it that the best way to add a modem to a IIci is to get an external
serial port type.  Am I right or am I missing something?  I do know that
externals are generally more stable, but have used internals in the PCs
I've owned.

Also, about adding a CD, I'm guessing I would want an external SCSI CD.
I'm still waiting on this computer to arrive, but I understand space is
pretty limited inside.

Oh yeah, hard drive upgrades (it has 280MB presently).  I take it that this
would be set up with multiple partitions, since OS 7.1 can't handle larger
disks.  

I'm also a bit confused about when to use Mode 32.  I am still working my
way through the LowEndMac site, so feel free to point me to documentation
on that site.
