Yes it damn well does (sorry). I have it set up internally, I don't 
*like* having to use IP addresses all the time.

I think a better solution is to buy a 56k Modem fo my LCIII so it can do 
PPP as well as all the rest, then I will have no problems (supposedly) 
routing it using IPNR.
