I'm entering this thread late, so I may be talking through my hat, but it seems to me that a Barricade (SMC) Router, fits the bill. It used to be available for a discount at $50. Please pardon me for butting in, if that's what I'm doing. (Disclaimer: No connection with SMC, which has a lousy customer service Department, anyway.)
