Hello List,

Perhaps you all can help me to fix my newbie big mistake. I picked up a
IIci running 7.5.5 off of ebay mainly for nostalgic purposes, but also so I
could feel better about myself during my frequent visits to low end mac. I
installed an Ethernet card, that worked fine. I installed the apple cache
card and that seemed to work fine (how can you tell if it is working or
not?). I also maxed out the ram at 128. I received today a Radius
Precision Color 24X graphics card so I can drive the monstrous Apple 21"
Color Display given to me. (I've been using a high resolution apple
monochrome for my installs.) The problem comes here. I accidentally
installed the wrong drivers for the graphics card. I installed the
following things:

Dynamic Desktop 3.3
Radiusware 2.3.2
Radius DSP 1.2
Quickcolor 3.3

I know these are the wrong things. The problem is now, that both the
onboard video and the graphics card will not drive the monochrome display.
Worse yet, the system does not sound like it is loading at all. (it will
not eject floppies at start-up for example.) I have tried using a boot disk
as well as starting with extensions off, with every combination of removing
and replacing cards in the machine (ethernet, graphics, and cache).

Please help. I am stuck and I don't want this machine to turn into a
paperweight. What is my next step?

Thank you,

Samuel Davies
