First, remove the graphics card and go back to the original b/w setup.
Then, with 128 meg RAM, I'd make shure you've waited long enough. 
Then, maybe you can remove the HD and boot from a system 6 bootable flop.
Perhaps put in 8 x 1Mb RAMsticks. When a IIci mobo with only a floppy
attached doesn't boot , I don't have an answer; I then hand it over to the
voodoo pram-zappers amongst us :)
