If you think that the tab is difficult to release on an ATX mobo, Gregg, 
you haven't spent enough time inside the guts of an SE or SE/30... Once 
I've released the tab on a compact, I usually cut it off. Friction will 
hold the connector in place assuming you don't operate your computer on 
a trampoline.
