I have one of these with the original box & manual. It seems that the
dip switches are located under the clear plastic cover on the upper
right side of the keyboard. You must pry this up, lift the label out,
then set the switches for either ADB or Plus type connector.

For ADB: 1 is up or "on". 2 & 3 are down or "off".

For Plus: 1 is down or "off". 2 & 3 are up or "on"
