I used one many years ago after the compact I used at work was upgraded to a Plus. The 
model I used was RJ11 only but had a full set of PC- or terminal-style function keys. 
The keyboard was supplied with an INIT and software so that the function keys could be 
used by Mac applications (useful if you were using a terminal emulator to have real 
function keys). We were never able to get an upgrade to the INIT and software after 
System 6 appeared but the function keys more or less worked with QuicKeys.
