Wherever you can fit it with a replacement SCSI cable :)  Most people stack
two small ones on top of each other in the space for the original, but that
can lead to heat dissipation problems with higher-speed hard disks.  Don't
do this unless both drives are 5400 RPM or less.

Sort of.  It's complicated, and the FAQ has details.
