Hi Jim and everybuddy:

Ok, um, about that button... I have two... one on the monitor and one
on the hard drive.

The one on the monitor has a line positioned vertically and it does not
turn left or right. Pushed in, the monitor is on.

The one on the hard drive has a line on it too. But I don't know which
way it's supposed to be... Pushed in?? Out?? Is the line supposed to
be horizontal? Vertical?

If it's vertical, the button is in. If horizontal, the button is out.

I got this machine to come on before by just playing around with that
button in the back (of hard drive). Now, no matter how much I play with
it, it won't come on.

You know... I don't even know HOW to turn this thing on!! Should I
leave it plugged into the power strip all the time? What positions
should the buttons be in? I know I'm supposed to use the keyboard to
turn it on and off (worked previously).

Man. >:-|

I'm not about to spend money trying to get this thing to work again. Oh,
it's CUTE and everything. But my ibms seem to be more reliable!

<grumble>

Ok if I offended anyone I'm sorry. Maybe I'll spend a little money. But
That's IT.
