I actually still have a Logitech Scanman(!) and the box it came in (!!). I even have the manual for CatchWord Pro, the OCR software that came with it, and could probably find the Scanman manual if I looked around some. I never used the scanner much--I never had much luck getting anything SCSI to work well. If I can help with anything in particular, please e-mail me.
