I just came into possession of a IIfx with the follow
config:

--1 GB Apple Hard Drive

--80 MB RAM

--"Macintosh Display Adapter" (630-0400, 1989/90, both
on-board slots filled)

--Fusion Video Card (FX/DSL), sans the daughtercard option

--Orange Micro Card (8 MB RAM, AMIBIOS 386DX BIOS, what
looks like some kind of PCMCIA reader out the back)

--DoveFAX card

I've been fascinated with the IIfx series since my first Mac
was a II that I upgraded to a IIx when the IIfx swaps were
going on.

I haven't decided whether to keep this "Wicked Fast" beastie
or donate it locally. If I could get some answers to a few
questions, that would help my decision:

--The OrangeMicro card--can it be upgraded to faster
processors?

--What is the highest Windows OS the OrangeMicro can run?

--Can the OrangeMicro successfully run Linux?

--Heck, is the OrangeMicro software even still available
somewhere?

--What is the highest MacOS that the IIfx can run?

--Anything else "cool" you can tell me about this beastieI
may have forgotten from all those years ago?

Thanks in advance.
