Possibly. Is the 386 socketed? If it's a surface
mounted 386SX there were some clip-on 486 upgrade
CPUs. If it's a socketed 386DX you can plug in a
486DLC/2 which is basically a 386 pin-compatable
486SX/2 that'll run twice as fast as the original 386.
If the card also has a 387 FPU in a socket it could
be upgraded with the double speed FPU that matches
the 486DLC/2. Many 40Mhz 386 PCs got upgraded to
80Mhz 486 with the DLC/2 CPU and FPU. :)

Depends on the max RAM possible and the software for
the card. It should be able to run Windows For
Workgroups 3.11, which would be the fastest since it
has options for both 32bit disk and 32bit file
access. It may run original Windows 95 if you can
put at least 8megs RAM on the Orange card.

No idea, it would be slow, unless you do a stripped
down install without a GUI.

If it's a 200 series, there are DOS, Win 3.1x and
Win95 drivers here.

7.6.1 It can run 8.1 using "Wish I Were" or another
hack.
