If you can dial in to a terminal server, yes.

Not unless you run a telnet server on that other Mac and figure out a way to
run PPP over LocalTalk.

Why not just set up something like IPNetRouter on the IIci and use that
instead?  Faster, too...

Yep.  Worked fine.  Stable to about 27MHz in most cases but the floppy
controller tends to crap out after that, although if you don't mind losing
floppy support, you might get as high as 30MHz.

Nope, or probably not on models that require the ROM SIMM, anyway.

The IIfx ROM SIMMs work almost as well, so the IIsi ROM SIMMs are sort of
worthless.
