I upgrade my IIci to System 7.1.1 and now Open Transport won't load. I read an article that said this could be caused by having MacTCP installed because it conflicts with Open Transport.
I moved Open Transport to the disabled extensions folder, but no joy. The MacTCP control panel is not showing up either: it's a hidden file.
