Nope. Simply unplug the SCSI and power cables from the back of the drive then press the two vertical metal tabs on each side slightly towards each other. Then the drive will lift out. You'll have more trouble removing the screws that hold the drive to the bracket if they've never been removed before. After the new drive is mounted to the bracket, gently bend the tabs outward so they'll snap into the plastic drive shelf.
