The basic trick is you'll encounter a little frustration with the short SCSI cable attached to the hard drive, and the power cable. I use a small blade screwdriver to pry at the sides of the cable where it enters the socket on the hard drive. A gentle wiggle gets both cords off. For putting them back on I use a pair of needle-nosed pliers as my hands are too fat to reach in and press them back into place. Incidentally, for easier power supply removal, I pry the plastic tong between the power supply and the hard drive/floppy drive assembly with a small blade screwdriver, raise the power supply slightly, then place a larger blade screwdriver in under the AC cord socket and wiggle and pry gently. It raises the power supply and creates a gap between the socket and the case which I pry on to lift-while-wriggling. Gets it our much easier.
