You'll need something that can extract the sync signal from the monitor and
convert it to sync-on-green; I *think* Griffin Tech makes one that works on Mac
monitors (I know they make one for PC monitors to connect to Macs) but it costs
more than buying a compatible monitor would ($50 or thereabouts, whereas a
monitor like the High-Res RGB is only gonna be about $10-15).
