...Or it may be that this is a Radius GX card...maybe the seller has them 
mixed up somehow. (Radius did acquire SuperMac sometime in the mid-'90s.)

The Radius DirectColor GX is a card for the AppleColor High Resolution 13" 
RGB monitor & possibly monitors that clone the exact video signal (640 x 
480 only). It is not useable with most modern monitors, including Apple's 
more recent 14" monitors, owing to a conflict with the EnergyStar power 
saving feature, so I would avoid it, if that's what it is.
