This is magnetic interference caused by having 2 CRTs to close 
together. My 17", 14" and 12" monitors all argue with each other 
magnetically and I have to have them at least 1m apart. The only way to 
stop it is a large sheet of magnetically active metal. best just keep 
em apart, unless you have a large piece of sheet steel you can slip 
between them :).

Maplin, CPC or Rapid Electronics. Possible also other electronics 
places. Those 3 are where I have sourced mine in the past. if you need 
a definition it's a 1/2 AA 3.6v Lithium computer memory battery. I can 
supply a part number for CPC and Rapid if you like.
