A/ROSE isn't needed for any Mac that has built in
ethernet. It's for NuBus cards that have a
Motorola 68000 CPU on them. Notably the Apple Token
Ring and Apple Ethernet NB. (Like one poster said,
he took A/ROSE out and his Ethernet NB card quit
working.) Any other cards need A/ROSE?
