Also check inside the IIci and make sure that there isn't a layer of 
fluff or dust around the reset switch contacts. Often it's conductive 
enough to make a circuit. If present, remove with compressed air or a 
paint brush. Don't use a vacuum cleaner because an electrostatic charge 
can develop on the nozzle.
