That's the EtherWave card. Advantage: it acts like a mini-hub, you can 
daisy chain them for a small network (best for 5 or fewer). Disadvantage: 
you do need the Farallon EtherWave driver. It should be in the Mac Driver 
Museum; if you can't find it email me back and I will upload it to the 
yahoo groups section of the driver museum.
