Yes. Try a web search for "microsoft network client version 3.0" which throws up lots of possibilities.

Put it all together and you have wfw (NetBEUI IPX) and no relation to wfw at the time but the only thing I could figure M$ charging a premuim for, tpc, they'd be giving the other stuff away

TPC32B is what you wont with 3.11.
